Design technology, or D.T., is the study, design, development, application, implementation, support and management of computer and non-computer based technologies for the express purpose of communicating product design intent and construct ability.There are many careers you can pursue in the area of technological design as a major, such as :  software developer, computer systems analyst, information security analyst, web developer, mechanical engineer, amongst many others. The demand for these jobs is very high and the pay is decent so if you were to get a degree in the subject you would most likely get the jobs very quickly. This is why you should go into this line of work.
